When I read about Tim Ho Wan being the cheapest Michelin starred dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong, I knew I would have to give this place a try. It turned out that the Sham Shui Po branch was only a few minutes from the Youth Hostel where I stayed.
My wife found Hayashi Cafe (林のカフェ） on a blog. Located in Hayashi, there are almost no chances you run into this coffee shop well hidden behind trees. Hayashi Cafe is so nice, I wonder if I should even recommend it. I have a feeling this place will be very popular, maybe too popular.
I haven’t been to New York City in such a long time, but I did read about Shake Shack and the epic long lines associated with this burger shop. When I heard that a shop had opened a year ago in Tokyo, I knew I would eventually go there and experience the orderlly Japanese line.
